It was finally confirmed; director Luca Gaudagnino returns to direct an adaptation of Andre Aciman's sequel novel "Find Me," and with it, much to the delight of all viewers, Chalamet and Hammer will again star in the roles of their favorite Elio and Oliver. They will be 15 years older and we're gonna see how their lives turned out. Director said how audience should expect unexpected and maybe there will be an ending with Elio and Marzia.

In an interview with French newspaper La Repúblic, Gaudagnino said: "Of course I wanted to work again with a well-known set that includes Timothée Chalamet, Armie Hammer, Michael Stuhlbargome (who plays Elio's father, Samuel) and the rest of the characters - and all will again."

The sequel to the movie has been anticipated since author Aciman announced a new novel in December 2018, but it is still unknown whether the film adaptation will follow the book's action.

In addition to preparing to reprise his role as Elio, Chalamet should also star in Wes Anderson's upcoming movie "The French Dispatch," but also take on the role of Bob Dylan in a new biopic about the singer's early life, called "Going Electric".
